Our History

TCS was established in 2011 to provide owners with project and construction management consulting services.  We were founded on the industry philosophy that a project includes three primary parties: the Owner, the Architectural / Engineering Firm, and the General Contractor (“The Triad”).  All three parties need to operate cohesively to deliver a successful project.  TCS’s senior leadership industry experience within each sector of “the Triad” has allowed us to uniquely understand and drive the AE and GC firms, which in turn has resulted in successful project deliveries that maximized the value to our clients.

In the years to follow, TCS expanded into general contracting and commissioning, qualification, and validation services.  As we grow our business and our services, we remain committed to our founding owner’s representative principles that place the client first.  This commitment has resulted in long-standing client relationships that we are proud of.
